The Oaks Condominium Homeowners Association

The Oaks Condominium Homeowners Association consists of 25 Units and is located in Arvada, Colorado. Trash Service, Common Area and Building Exterior Maintenance, Exterior Building Insurance and Association Management are included in the monthly assessment fees. Water and Sewer are Not included. Doors, Windows and Patio Fences are the responsibility of the Individual Homeowner with Association Approval. The Community is not FHA Approved.
